 From August 1, 2020, flights with Turkey, Tanzania and the UK resumed.

According to the explanations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the possibility of entering Russia was opened for citizens and those who had a residence permit, as well as another document confirming the right to permanent residence in these countries. In addition, people who have citizenship or a residence permit in those countries with which Russia has a valid visa-free travel agreement can take advantage of the opportunity to enter Russia.
In the Russian missions abroad in the UK, Turkey and Tanzania, the issuance of visas of all categories is resumed as usual. Fornow, visas will be issued only to citizens of these states, as well as those who have a residence permit.
